Follow Up: Thanks guys for all the help. I contacted the electric company and they came out this morning and found the problem. It was in the Meter Box. It seems that The Box was put up when the house was built back in the 70's. And Back in the 70's power coming through the lines is not the same as now, there is more juice I guess now than then?
Anyway it burnt up on one side were the meter connects and was welding it self togther by arcing and seperating again. Causing the Power to be on and off on some things and constant on others. I guess that it being a real windy crappy weather day was just a coincidence??? Even though it never happened before then. But as luck would have it the Box on the house was a double Meter with one not in use so it was an easy fix and switching the wires and meter to the other box. Otherwise I would have had to go purchase a New Box have an electrican put it in and have the electric company come back out and turn the power off at the pole and replace it all. As of Now he said it should last for a long long period of time. But eventually will happen again. I said at least till summer when it is more hospitial outside and we can do this switch of boxes in comfort. He said it would last longer than that. But I want it done on my terms and not on a failure term in the middle of winter again. So Summer it will get done with a new updated style Meter Box coming into the house.
Think waiting till summer is right? Or Is the Electric company blowing smoke up my wazoo?

You don't need a new Box they are making excusses for something that happened on their end.
