they r in bloom now....is it ok the transplant them to another area? I know the are very hardy..........also the area is part sun that I want to put them in.

Yes you can move them now they are very hardy they will need a bit of time to get over the shock of moving but will be flowering again in about a month, semi sun is also ok give a little food when replanting.
