Moved into new home with a heat pump for heat. Its around 33 degrees at night out side and I have the heat set to 64 degrees inside. It seems the moisture formes on the indide windows only on the north and east side of home. Whats happining and how can i prevent it from forming.... corky

The moisture is condensation and there are a lot of reasons it occurs but most likely it's caused by excessive humidity inside your home. What are your windows made out of? Condensation can be caused by things like not venting your bathrooms moisture, after a shower, to the outside, having single pane windows instead of double pane, etc.
Raising the temperature a few degrees at night may help. Here's a link that'll show you all the things you can do to combat it.

And just to confirm... The moisture you're seeing is something you can actually TOUCH with your hand, right? It's on the inside of the house surface of the window, NOT caught "inside" the window itself?

thanks we opened the bath window a little in the evening for a while after showers and that helped a bunch thanks..
