Do you really have "Killer Bees"? If so you should contact your Sheriff's Department....There are people that can rid you of them!!

I had a bee problem when I moved into my house. The bees actually build a nest in the ground around the bushes and under the plastic that covered the ground. I had to watch where they went to determine the location. Once I knew it, I bought about 5 aerosol cans of bee and wasp killer, the type that will shoot 20 ft. Then in the evening just before nightfall, when they're all back in they're little house, I used a garden hoe and broke into the nest. The bees will come out fast and furious, then you spray the nest down really good with the spray killer. The queen bee was buzzing so loud it sounded like a siren going off and she was so large that she couldn't even fly.
For the next 2 days I would stand near the nest and zap bees as they would try to return to their queen, I would also spray the nest to keep it poisened. Finally they were either all dead or decided to go find someplace else to live.
If you are allergic to bee stings then by all means hire a proffesional exterminator to do this, otherwise go for it, but be very careful.

My wife got stung last summer while she was working near a rock wall on my property. I went out for dinner with a couple of buddies that night and split five or six Scorpion Bowls with my best friend. We came home, got flashlights and three cans of bee spray, pulled the wall apart and soaked the hive.
No problem

that sounds easy. I have railroad beams in my back yard. (the old wood ones) I think they are possibly there. would gas work? would it be easier to attack the hive with it being winter. or are they gonna attack me anyway?

I would try a two part approach.
1st like Dora suggested hit them hard with the aerosol poison. (very carefully )
Kills the entire nest in seconds. Guaranteed!
ORTHO Hornet & Wasp Killer Ortho® Hornet & Wasp Killer
Then 2nd I would treat the entire area with a long lasting, deep penetrating granual poison. Just for extra measure, and to keep em from coming back.
ORTHO Bug B Gon
Good Luck..
