That's how Dremel treated me. I emailed them asking how I could cut off a lot of bolts economically and they sent me $43.00 worth of cutoff tools.

Sounds like the B&D will be a good choice for you.
And, I commend you for rewarding the people who have given you good service. In the long run, good service can be very important.

I have both Makita and DeWalt service centers close to me, so that's comforting. The Hitachi I'm not so sure about, but, it was relatively inexpensive, so less important.

A cordless drill uses battries.. They wear out, and are expensive to buy new, or have re-built... IMHO! Ridgid, from HoDePo, has a lifetime replacement on them, as long as you have the paper work... No contest!
