Here in Southern CA..along the coast
it is said our climate / zone is likened to
the Mediterranean climate...
And we really get a
`` little jump start now on ``Spring Time`` 
I find that to be true..and just haven't taken
time to take any pictures to share with all of you....
I wish I would have had my camera handy
about 30 minutes ago....
When I went around the corner to fill
one of the birds baths , when all of a SUDDEN
about 2 dozen of these birdies..
``````almost flew in ``me face``  
I been watching them bathe..with the binos..
while waiting for phone calls..
The Sure make me much Happier..

P'rolly take me months ?.. years ? to snap off
a picture like the one below..

Ooooh, lucky YOU, Ernie!
We have them about a block away from me but they very rarely venture into my yard. Doesn't matter how many are about, when one is spotted, it is pointed out and everyone looks!

I've only seen two... One in flight, and one laying on the ground, with only the flight feathers laid out.

i'm going to be ready, cuz i get tons in the birdbath too, as spring warms up. so cute. plus, when i run the sprinklers, they land on the lawn to take a shower. hehehe

Today is SO BEAUTIMOUS...
And some of those little "confusing fall warblers"
are twittering ( not that online stuff )....
and whispering little sweet nothings..in the shade
of the trees and bushes... Ohhhh...
And ...oh oh oh,,,,  ....
