Im finishing up a paver patio and I need to make a few cuts on some bricks. I used a 4in brick set and hammer on a few and it works 'ok'. the cut is really rough, but I was able to hide the rough edge enough so its not noticeable.
I went and bought a diamond edge saw blade tonight in thoughts of popping it onto my circular saw and cutting the brick.
Am I wrong in thinking that I can just use any ole 12v cicular saw(7in blade) to do this? Or do I need a special circular saw that is made for masonry labor?
Thank you.

The dust from the cutting will kill your saw .....thats why they use wet saws for this purpose
